Patriot Defense | AR10 Competition Ready Carbine

The Patriot Defense Upper/Lower receiver starts life as a solid block of aerospace grade 7075 T6 aluminum alloy. Precision machined on a 4 axis CNC machine, hand finished and then anodized with type III hard anodize per the military spec.

The heart of our Competition Ready Carbine platform utilizes a Hart 416 stainless barrel with a 1-8 twist. The barrels are threaded for and furnished with a pinned barrel extension with proper headspace, gas port hole drilled and finished with a target crown at the muzzle. The muzzle end is also threaded 5/8″ x 24 TPI to accept standard 30 caliber suppressors or muzzle brake devices. Currently our competition ready carbine are offered in a 18″, 20″ and 24″ models on our AR10 platform system.
Our AR-10 Bolt and Carrier Systems are treated with nickel boron (NIB-X), a revolutionary surface technology that provides permanent dry lubricity. This radically improves the performance of your AR-10 and eliminates the need to apply oil or grease to treated parts as regularly for the life of the weapon. Treated parts include; Bolt, Semi-Auto Bolt Carrier, Semi-Auto Hammer, Extractor, Cam Pin, Carrier Key and Firing Pin.

The gas system is fully adjustable due to the installation of an adjustable gas block installed in line with the rifle length gas system. This helps tune the gun to a certain load or dramatically decrease back pressure caused by suppressors when utilized with our AR platform.

Our Competition ready carbine is finished out with a Magpul PRS stock, Midwest Industries Keymod 15″ rail, qty-1 20 rnd PMAG (when applicable – CO residents), CMC match trigger, and matching Magpul furniture.

Patriot Defense Competition Ready Carbines are also available in 223 Wylde, 243 Winchester, 6mm C.M., 260 Remington, 6.5 Grendel, 308 Winchester.
