    Barrel reaming super fast

Posted by Tom on Oct 7th 2026

I had my two barrels back in my hands in 4 days. Now I can load all my ammo at the same length instead of loading short to accommodate Shadow 2. Would definitely recommend.

    PD | 9mm Barrel Reaming (Hard Coating/Melonite/DLC)

Posted by Bill Schmidt on Sep 29th 2026

I was having an issue with my new CZ Shadow 2 failing to achieve full battery when firing remanufactured ammunition and needed a quick solution before a USPSA match coming up the following weekend. I contacted PD and informed them of my situation and they were glad to help. I shipped it to them 2 day and they repaired it as soon as it arrived and shipped it right back and I had enough time to test at the range and it worked perfectly. No issues whatsoever. Great service and great work at nice price.

Had the barrel reamed to accept recommended cartridge length Hollow Point Bullets. They did an excellent job on my project. The service did not take long. I used them two times now and will use them again. Great personal service.

Sent both my 2011 open gun barrels, they aren't kidding when they say 24 hour turn around time. Couldn't be happier that I can load absurdly long now

Fast turn around 7 days total. cycles hollow point, flat tip & round nose now. Before reaming I had to load all rounds very short. No more short loads!

After receiving my CZ barrel back from Patriot Defense, I have had the opportunity to test all of my current hand loads and can say that they function flawlessly. I only wish I had done this earlier. Thank you Patriot Defense!
