The Patriot Defense Tanfoglio Diamondback “OUCH” Grips are engineered in-house for shooters who demand maximum grip traction and control. Featuring our most aggressive texture to date, the OUCH pattern replaces the previous “Hurt So Good” texture, delivering unmatched bite and stability under recoil.
Designed for serious competitors, these grips provide a locked-in feel that enhances control during rapid fire, transitions, and high-pressure stages.
