FFL / Shipping Policy

All cartridge firearms must ship directly to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer. The transferee (the person who will retrieve the firearm from the receiving FFL) must match the name associated with the order.

All billing information (including buyer’s name and billing address) must also match the order. No changes can be made once submitted. Orders suspected of being fraudulent may be canceled. This policy applies to both firearm and non-firearm purchases.
Customer Responsibilities:

Customers must locate and provide an FFL for shipping.

Once payment and FFL information are verified, shipments will be sent via FedEx to the provided FFL.

Superb Gun & Superb Service
I recently purchased a Tanfoglio Defiant Limited Master -optic ready, in 10mm, through Patriot Defense. Their exemplary service and wealth of knowledge remain well known, but they worked over, above, & beyond to help me purchase this gun in MD. They persevered for months, and were patient & friendly in all of our correspondences. Equal to the spectacular service is the gun itself. The picture does not begin to do it justice. It is beautiful. So refined in all its meticulous details. The fit & two-tone finish are perfect. I’m not used to racking the slide from the back, but it is super smooth and easy. The trigger pull is light & crisp. It feels like my S &W Model 41, which is at 2.5 lbs. I haven’t taken it to the range yet, but believe it or not, I’ve been enjoying the incredible workmanship & artisan style of the Tanfoglio. Truly amazing. If you’re in the market for a high-end Tanfoglio, Patriot Defense should be your first and only place to shop. I am 100% satisfied, and highly recommend them to everyone.
