I have both a CZ 75B and a full frame all steel Jericho 941. These are excellent for both! I have purchased 4 of these mags from Patriot Defense. Get em while you can!

I wish I had bought 2 of these when I had a chance. Not only will this make your CZ 75B have a 20 round capacity (including one in the chamber), but it will also allow a better grip and feel, especially if you have larger hands. The little extra length allows a better grip with your support hand. I'll keep an eye on this one and order at least 1 more when back in stock. The service for Patriot Defense was superb. It only took 3 days for me to get my order.

Both these and like them better that the factory magazine. Work flawlessly so far. Only shot a bit through them but like the feel and they don’t pinch like the factory ones can with the rubber bottom. Worth it!!!

I recently bought a IWI Jericho 2 and no one has mags for it but with a little research I found that the CZ 75 mags work with the Jericho 2, I confirmed this with my brothers CZ shadow mags and bought 2 19round mags and 3 17 round mags. They are identical and work great.
