Patriot Defense was started by Joe & JoAnna Wilson in 2010 and over the last several years has grown into a full service firearms business. In December 2013, Paul Anderson joined Patriot Defense as partner/owner.
For a number of years, Joe and Paul worked together on engineering solutions and while training together for various shooting, hiking and land navigational competitions, shared ideas and concepts that were unique to the firearms industry. Building on this relationship, it made sense to form a team that would strengthen and broaden the solid foundation of Patriot Defense, already built by Joe & JoAnna.
2014 has seen the launch of a new website, blog, expanded premises, an increased attendance in shooting competitions and the launch of their own line of Patriot Defense ‘competition ready’ carbines, custom bolt action rifle builds and handguns, allowing customers to step right into a precision firearm that comes with the backing of competitive shooters, based on real experience and advice.

Patriot Defense was established in 2010 due to our strong belief in the 2nd Amendment that mandated in the Bill of Rights – ensures Americans the right to keep and bear arms.

We know and trust our product line, and are constantly testing new equipment. That means we are fully equipped with the right information to help you choose which products will work best for your particular needs or application. In addition to building our own Patriot Defense brand of AR-15/AR-10 platforms and custom bolt action rifles, our product categories include: firearms and related accessories, including, but not limited to: reloading equipment, shooting glasses, range finders, scopes, dragbags, hardcases and backpacks.
We are continually looking to grow our business by finding new vendors and products to represent. We are currently stocking Thunderbeast arms, Steiner, US Optics, Defiance, Eberlestock, Accuracy International, MDT Chassis, EOTech, Aimpoint, Trijicon, Harris, Magpul, Larue Tactical, CRKT, Alaska Guide and more.
