NOTE: For a trouble free install with the R7 interrupter we recommend you have the Xtreme Sear and Titan Hammer installed on your pistol. These two items are a must if your looking for a trouble free install on your firearm.
Please read the below product description before purchasing. Some pistols will require fitting due to the vast amount of machining tolerance variations in these pistols. The supplied pin is designed to float in the hammer pin holes, use grease to aid in assembly and keep the pin from falling out. Please contact us should you have any question regarding fitting or modifying your R7 interrupter.

The Patriot Defense Optimized R7 Interrupter was conceptualized and created off the extremely popular BOLO interrupter. Its sole purpose was to give those who are experienced with the Tanfogflio's inner workings the ability to have a gunsmith fit part with minimum fitting. Precision CNC machined and heat treated for optimum life and performance to the end user the R7 Interrupter was machined specifically for the steel frame line of Tanfoglio pistols. Due to feedback we’ve received on the most current configuration of Tanfoglio pistols; most people have the Extreme Sear, and Titan hammer already installed in their pistol. We recommend you already have it installed as well to get the most out of your Tanfoglio firearm and a trouble free install. As mentioned above, with so many changes over the years to the tanfoglio line of pistols the BOLO has required more and more fitting. We set out to have an interrupter that's gunsmith fit with the majority of the work done for the end user. So which one is for you, see below.
R5- Easy install, very minimal fitting if any is required at all, pre-travel is reduced from factory setup, small amount of take up and solid reset.
R7- Intermediate install & fitting (material removal will be required from front face of the "leg"), zero- pre-travel can be achieved, and solid reset.
BOLO- Advanced install & fitting required (material will need to be removed from inner curve, nose of the interrupter, and possibly the edge of the wing), zero pre-travel can be achieved, and audible reset.
Note- Installation and fitting of the BOLO is no longer offered, only qualified gunsmith should install this part.
