No finer Tanfoglio aftermarket barrel on the market. Made in the U.S.A. and machined from 416 stainless steel forging for superior strength and longevity. Hardened to 40-42RC gives the greatest durability possible for a stainless steel barrel. Button rifled with conventional rifling, we ensure that all critical locking dimensions are held to tolerances of .0005" to design spec prints. Guaranteed to fit tighter and give the end user a solid lock up and soak up some of the tolerance variations seen in these guns. These barrels have been designed to include .005" oversized material at the muzzle and rear hood lug giving the gunsmith a very precise and flexible barrel platform to work with. These barrels are accentually compete, with minor fitting points on the back of the hood and O.D. of the muzzle, so that gunsmith's can precision fit for lock-up and superior accuracy.
