Patriot Defense | Tanfoglio Aluminum Grip - Full Size - Large Frame

The Patriot Defense “name” grips are hands down the most aggressive and ergonomically pleasing grips on the market made for CZ and Tanfoglio . The aggressive stippling pattern bites hard and locks your grip into place with even the slightest grip pressure. Made from aircraft grade Aluminum, and precision CNC’d for a perfect fit on your frame. Each grip set comes standard with our unique Torx head screw and pre-loading Belleville spring for securing the grip panels to your frame.

Our unique palm swell design is engineered to create a neutral grip pressure which rolls your hands in towards the top of the bore axis and minimizes pressure on your tendons in your forearms. This “high neutral” grip also allows the shooter to reduce recoil and maintain a clearer sight picture.

Our narrow grip panels have just enough material in the right places to accommodate the small handed shooters, while still filling the hands nicely. They allow shooters with shorter reaches to have a better grip on the gun and maintain control with a more positive contact area.

Feel free to mix and match grip plates to build your ideal grip. Palm swell on the left, narrow on the right? No problem!

    Tanfoglio Aluminum Grips

Posted by Brando Lee on Mar 8th 2022

The grips look beautiful. I chose the red color. The downside for me is that the grips textures are too sharp for my hand. Maybe this will not be a problem if you have a thick skinned palm. Just wanted to point that out. The grips would be perfect otherwise

    Not just cool

I bought it because it looks so nice, but didn't realize how it can improve my draw performance because it stick to my hand like glue! very recommended.

    Pistol grips

Posted by Gary Zimmerman on Dec 20th 2021

They would have been great to get tighter groups on target. I ordered the grips for my Stock Witness and didn’t realize they wouldn’t fit the round trigger guard pistol. Make one that will fit and let me know so I can purchase it. Thank you

    Aluminium grips

I ordered a set of these on the loaner program. Quick shipping, excellent fit to my gun. Loved the texture. They really helped me maintain a consistent grip on the gun. Will be purchasing a set.

    Exfoliator grips

These grips are the best thing ever. Ive struggled with a good consistant grip on my pistol fir a while and I put these on the gun and have no problem with getting a great consistant grip now.

    Palmswells work great for me

Posted by Austen on Jan 27th 2020

I pre-ordered a set of the “raw” palmswell grips and they came in last week. They’re the same profile as the PD polymer grips, but with increased durability. This is good for me—I have bigger hands and the shape of these seems to give me a little more surface area (especially around the back strap) than even other palmswell grips on the market. The texture is quite fierce—I actually filed mine down a bit where my support hand clamps down on my firing hand fingers. But I’d rather have to file a grip down than have a grip that’s too slick. Overall I’m quite pleased with these after a few live and dry fire sessions.

    Aggressive Texture!

If you're looking for an aggressive texture reminiscent of the micropocket 2011 steel grips... look no further.
