Installation & Fitment Notes

For a trouble-free install, we strongly recommend having the Xtreme Sear and Sledge Hammer or Titan Hammer installed.

R5 vs. R7 Interrupter – Which to Choose?

R5 Interrupter – Easy installation, minimal fitting (if any). Reduces pre-travel from factory setup with a small amount of take-up and solid reset.

R7 Interrupter – Intermediate installation, requires fitting (material removal from front face of “leg”). Achieves zero pre-travel and delivers a strong, competition-ready reset.

3rd R7 success
Just installed my 3rd R7 in an old Stock 2 and it was the first one which required some minor fitting. The DA worked perfect had to fit a little for SA. Far easier than the BOLO. Thank you PD Fitted with extreme sear and Titan Hammer.

Excellent.
After fitting this, which did take a few hours to get everything functioning just the way I wanted, All pre travel has been eliminated! Not just some, ALL. Super short crisp SA pull and reset. Instructions were great and made the fitting process easy!

R7 disco is the way to go
I have fitted numerous BOLOs in the past. Recently I bought 2 of these R7, and put them on 2 new Stock 2s. They both dropped right in with zero manual fitting needed, and produced less pre travel and shorter reset than all my previously manually tuned BOLOs. I am very impressed. What's even better than BOLOs is that R7 resulted in longer DA pull as is, while I had to manually fit the BOLOs to get longer DA pull in order to set off CCI primers on DA. I will be getting the R7 exclusively going forward for my future Stock 2s. FYI - I use Titan hammers and Extreme sears.

R7 on DA/SA STOCK-1
I have done a few BOLOs and decided to try the R7 to test it out. I did get a tiny bit of take-up, but the solid and loud reset is fantastic! I fitted the R7 in three test fits. The BOLO I'm doing now is going on twenty test fits and still needs one or two more to get perfect. I'll be buying the R7 from now on...

R7 Disconnectors. S.A. Open Tanfoglio Build.
This is definitely the way to go for Tanfo triggers. Zero.. travel and tiny reset combined with the Xtreme Sear. Part is exceptionally well machined and the install is a breeze with the right tools and some confidence! The CS has been top notch also. If you have questions the guys and gals at PD do not Hesitate to help or offer advice!

R7 interrupter
This is the part I have been waiting for. This version did take some fitting. Take-up is almost zero. Reset is amazing and I can split the gun like an automatic now!
