FFL / Shipping Policy

  • All cartridge firearms must ship directly to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer. The transferee (the person who will retrieve the firearm from the receiving FFL) must match the name associated with the order.

  • All billing information (including buyer’s name and billing address) must also match the order. No changes can be made once submitted. Orders suspected of being fraudulent may be canceled. This policy applies to both firearm and non-firearm purchases.

Customer Responsibilities:

  • Customers must locate and provide an FFL for shipping.

  • Once payment and FFL information are verified, shipments will be sent via FedEx to the provided FFL.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for shipping. Tracking information will be sent to the email provided in the order.

FFL Submission:

  • FFL information may be emailed to customerservice@patriotdefense.com, referencing your order number.
